Returns and Exchanges:
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and components included.
Custom monogrammed orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Return the Item(s):
- Requesting a Return:
Email us at marty@martyli.com with your order number, a detailed reason for the return, and supporting photos or videos if applicable. Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization Number and the return address. Use a trackable mail service to send the item back. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refund Process:
- Send the item to the return address provided after contacting us, within 30 days of purchase.
- Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
* Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, we only refund product costs.
- Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time frame, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

How to Exchange for Another Model or Color:
If you want to exchange for another model or color, we suggest you return the item(s), and order the new item(s).
